DESCRIPTION:\nHeartland Community Theatre is pleased to announce the latest edition of our upcoming Sunday Movie Matinee at 2:00 p.m., on April 28th, 2024. FREE movie matinees are held on the 4th Sunday of each month, barring cancellation.\n\n\nThis month’s feature presentation is “The Maltese Falcon” (1941), starring Humphrey Bogart as Sam Spade, Mary Astor, Gladys George, Sydney Greenstreet and Peter Lorre, directed by John Huston. This movie is based off of the novel authored by Dashiell Hammett. Sam Spade, a San Francisco private detective, takes a case after his partner is murdered, that involves him several criminals, all looking to possess a priceless statuette.\n\n\nAgain, admission is always FREE, along with gourmet popcorn and beverages. We wish to say “THANK YOU” and extend our appreciation to everyone who has, and continues to support Heartland Community Theatre.\n\n\nHope to see everyone this Sunday afternoon at the Heartland Community Theatre, 108 North Washington, Clinton.\n\n\n
