DESCRIPTION:SFCC The LearningForce announces upcoming sessions on workplace communication and stress management\n \nSedalia, MO – July 24, 2024 – The LearningForce at State Fair Community College will offer three different in-person trainings in topics related to communicating in the workplace. Building Resiliency: Mastering Stress Management and Communication will be held August 1 and 8 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., Navigating Bias in the Workplace will be held on August 21 from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. and Mastering the Art of Communication: Email will be held August 22 and 29 from 12 to 4 p.m. All three in-person sessions will take place on the Sedalia campus.\nBuilding Resiliency: Mastering Stress Management and Communication is an in-person session in which participants will learn effective stress management techniques, how to have a healthy work life balance, and how to master communication skills. The session will take place August 1 and 8 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Fielding Technical Center room 291 on the Sedalia campus. Cost is $399 and Missouri One Start grant eligible.
