The Greater Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce is a business professional organization that was established in 1941. We celebrated our 80th Anniversary in 2021. The Greater Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce is an IRS approved 501-c-6 organization and maintains it’s not for profit standing.

Our Mission Statement
The Greater Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce promotes economic development through the attraction of new business and industry and the retention of existing businesses by providing the resources that enable and advance the general well-being of the community.
Our Organization

The Executive Committee also serves on the Greater Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. The Board of Directors also includes 11 Directors, a Director from the Clinton City Council appointed by the Mayor and an Ex-officio Director, the Clinton City Administrator. The Greater Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce also operates the Clinton Visitor Center under an operating contract with the City of Clinton. Funding for operations is derived from a Hotel/Motel Bed Tax.
Economic Development services are provided by the Greater Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce under a contract for service with the City of Clinton.
