In partnership with Henry County Sherriff’s Department are excited to announce a new service for vulnerable residents in Henry County. Project Lifesaver is the premier search and rescue program operated internationally by public safety agencies, and is strategically designed for “at-risk” individuals who are prone to the life-threatening behavior of wandering. The primary mission of Project Lifesaver is to provide timely response to save lives and reduce potential injury for adults and children with the propensity to wander due to a cognitive condition.
Thanks to the following sponsors HCHC is able to launch this much needed service: Truman Lake Foundation, Henry County Memory Fund, Gus Wetzel Family Foundation, Mike Keith Insurance, Howard E Hunt Trust, Kenney Farms, Integrity Floors, Clinton Methodist Church Seekers Group, Dr. Janet Hankins, Klassen Construction, Groff Dental Studio, Beth and Chris Walker, Gary Cover, C Squared, Silhouettes and Gene Henry.
