Tax help available at Clinton Senior Center
Older adults who need help preparing their income tax returns can get free assistance from the Tax Counseling for the Elderly Program at the Clinton Senior Center.
Care Connection for Aging Services, which operates the center, has trained volunteers available to help file federal and state income tax returns, as well as the application for the Missouri Property Tax Credit.
The service is available to people 60 and older by appointment from 9 a.m. to noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays. To make an appointment, call (660) 885-3482.
The service is for senior adults who need to file simple returns.
