Empowering Employers Meeting
We’re excited to invite you to this quarter’s Empowering Employers Meeting, where we’ll be focusing on impactful second chance hiring and successful reintegration through the Missouri Reentry Program.
This special session will feature keynote speaker Kardell Sims—a reentry consultant and strategist with a powerful mission to help current and formerly incarcerated individuals achieve their goals and realize their full potential. Kardell is a nationally recognized speaker, 13x author, prevention mentor, and leading voice in reentry consulting.
Additionally, the Missouri Department of Corrections will present “A simulation of Unlocking Potential: A Month in the Life After Incarceration”, highlighting the real-life challenges individuals face after release and the critical role employers play in offering second-chance opportunities.
This is a unique opportunity to:

• Support successful reintegration efforts in our community
