Food 4 Fines Drive
The Henry County Library in Clinton and Lenora Blackmore Branch in Windsor will be holding a Food 4 Fines drive to benefit the Clinton Samaritan Center and Windsor Food Pantry from November 1st – December 19th.
Donating a total of 4 canned or non-perishable food items will provide a maximum account credit of $10.00 (or $2.50 each) toward library overdue fines. (Limited restrictions may apply dependent on the type of balance owed. Unexpired food will only be accepted)
The Clinton Samaritan Center is specifically in need of peanut butter and personal hygiene products. Any donations of hygiene products will follow the same guidelines as pantry items.
The Windsor Food Pantry needs any and all canned and non-perishable food items.
Drop off hours:
Henry County Library = 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Mon. – Fri. and 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Sat.
Lenora Blackmore Branch = 10:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Mon. – Fri. and 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Sat.
