Forbidden Planet
Heartland Community Theatre is pleased to announce that this month’s 4th Sunday monthly movie matinee, is a “Sci-Fi Sunday” event!! Come join us for our latest edition this Sunday, April 24th, 2022, starting at 2:00 p.m.
Our feature presentation is “Forbidden Planet” (1956) in CinemaScope, starring Walter Pidgeon, Leslie Nielsen, Anne Francis and Robby the Robot, just to name a few of an All-Star cast. A starship commander and his crew are sent from Earth to investigate why there has been no communications from a previous mission to a remote planet which was explored 20 years earlier.
Admission is always FREE for our monthly event, along with gourmet popcorn and beverages.
